Kannapolis Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will deliver direct care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene and mobility while prioritizing dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certified nursing assistant certification course.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct care to residents and patients in accordance with laws, regulations and life care standards in the skilled nursing center.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene and mobility while prioritizing wellbeing and independence.
