Walnut Hills, part of nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is seeking caring CNAs to join our team in Walnut Creek, CA. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living, and work closely with nurses and teammates.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Desire to serve and connect with older adults.
• Compassionate and respectful caregiver.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide compassionate, dignified, resident-centered care.
• Get to know residents and build meaningful connections.
• Work closely with nurses and teammates to provide excellent care.
• Support residents in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
