Job summary

A Caring Hand at Home LLC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and experienced caregivers to join our team as in-home caregivers. You will provide essential daily living assistance and companionship in clients' homes in Tupelo, MS, and surrounding locations.

The role involves helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping and meal prep, with shifts including day, evening and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA with CPR/First Aid training.
• Knowledge of evidence-based caregiving practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

A Caring Hand at Home LLC is currently seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and experienced caregivers to join our team. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Requirements

• Knowledge of evidence-based care-giving practices and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and their families.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation of $12 - $15 per hour.
• Full time/part time job type with expected hours of 20-40 hrs. per week.
• Flexible schedule with 4, 8 to 12-hour shifts, day shifts, and night shifts available on a weekend rotation
