Qualifications

• Reads and follows written directions and documents appropriately.
• Excellent verbal communication with residents, co-workers and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered personal care including bathroom assistance, washing, dressing, obtaining vital signs, and social support.
• Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using safe techniques and equipment.
• Deliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks and supplements.
• Document resident care and behaviors accurately.
• Handle linens, and dispose of soiled clothing or supplies properly.
