Job summary

Alumus Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care to patients in their residences under RN supervision. You will assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring care plans are followed and patient comfort is prioritized.

The role requires CNA certification, CPR, fingerprint clearance, and at least 6 months of CNA/LNA experience; LTC/SNF/rehab background is a plus. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• CNA license certification prior to hiring.
• Must have CPR and fingerprint clearance.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent Long-Term Care / SNF or Transitional Rehab experience preferred.
• LTC/SNF/Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients with admissions, transfers, and discharges and provide personal care per the care plan.
• Review and follow care plans daily and report changes to the RN.
