SYNERGY Home Care of Cape Fear is seeking compassionate CNAs to join a fast-growing team serving the Wilmington area. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, and light support to clients, while maintaining professionalism with families and coworkers.

Growth opportunities exist within a supportive franchise network. Applicants must be a licensed CNA in North Carolina, pass the state exam, have up-to-date immunizations, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
• Background check required.
• If transportation shifts, valid driver’s license and auto insurance needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years old.
• Up-to-date immunization records.
• Graduate from a NC CNA program and pass the state exam.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical care including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional communication with clients, families, and staff.
• Be punctual and consistently cover assigned shifts.
