Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care to residents in long-term care.

• Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Collaborate with RNs/LPNs and others to deliver care.
• Maintain documentation of daily care and observations.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Assist with meal prep, feeding, hydration, and nutrition.
• Maintain a clean, safe care environment.
