Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a licensed CNA to join a Long-Term Care facility in New Hampshire, serving dementia and Alzheimer's residents. You will perform ADLs, assist with meals, mobility, supervision, and participate in hourly rounding within a 2-floor, 96 semi-private + 4 private bed setting with a 1:9-12 staff ratio.

Requires 1 year LTC/SNF experience (2 preferred), NH license, and BLS certification. Shifts include day and evening; weekend and holiday work as needed; 50-mile radius rule

Qualifications

• Must have LTC/SNF experience (1 year min, 2 years preferred).
• NH CNA license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, toileting, peri-care, feeding and grooming.
• Aid in meals and escorting residents to activities.
• Perform hourly rounding and support residents during appointments and routines.
