Job summary

John Knox Village of Florida, Inc. in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking CNAs to join our caring nursing team.

You will provide compassionate caregiving, support residents with daily activities, and engage with residents and their families in a warm, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license is required.
• Current BLS card is required.
• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Genuine desire to help others and a positive service mindset.
• Warm, kind, patient-oriented personality is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate caregiving and nursing support to residents.
• Assist residents with self-care tasks and daily activities.
• Engage with residents, build relationships with families, and ensure comfort and safety.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Multiple caregiving shifts are available! You can choose to work during one of the following times:

• Morning Shift: starts at 7:00 am
• Evening Shift: starts at 3:00 pm
• Night Shift: starts at 7:00 pm

YOUR DAY

Our CNAs make a substantial difference for our elderly residents by providing compassionate caregiving services, nursing support, and friendly companionship! You'll engage with residents and form close bonds with them as you assist with self-care needs, including dressing and meal prep. Always bubbly and upbeat, you'll regularly check in on residents and build relationships with their families. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a lasting difference, this is it!

What We Need From You

• Current Florida CNA license
• Current BLS card
