Job summary

John Knox Village in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living team. You will provide daily care and meaningful engagement for residents in a home-like setting, working closely with a supportive care team to ensure high-quality, dignified elder care.

Current Florida CNA license, 1+ year experience in long-term care or rehab, and BLS certification are required.

About The Role

As a CNA in Assisted Living, you will provide daily care, support, and meaningful engagement to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and home‑like environment. You\'ll work closely with a strong, collaborative team and enjoy excellent staff‑to‑resident ratios that allow you to truly connect with the elders you serve.

This role is ideal for someone who values dignity, compassion, and relationship‑based care.

What We\'re Looking For

• Current CNA license in the State of Florida
• 1+ years of experience in a long‑term care or rehab environment
