Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a local contract opportunity in Orono, Maine. Help people with daily needs while contributing attentive observations, clear communication and respectful care to the nursing team.

Your contribution includes assisting with personal care, daily activities, safe mobility and other delegated tasks within nursing assistant scope, supporting comfort, dignity and safety, and reporting changes to licensed staff.

Qualifications

Current Maine nursing assistant certification or eligibility, with required credentials completed before practice.
Appropriate nursing assistant education and ability to perform delegated care within scope.
Careful observations, dependable communication and a respectful approach.
Ability to complete applicable screening, credential and orientation requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, daily activities, safe mobility and other delegated tasks within nursing assistant scope.
Support comfort, dignity and safety, observe and report changes to licensed nursing staff, and document care accurately.
Work with the care team, follow infection prevention practices and carry out care plans under appropriate nursing direction.
