Job summary

Vi at Grayhawk in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day to evening shifts. You will assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, and resident care under supervision, while contributing to a positive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification required.
• Experience with geriatric clients preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or willingness to obtain it.
• Food handlers certification and CMA/Med Tech certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff in routine clinical and technical tasks.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance, light housekeeping, dining/tray services and escort services.
• Record vital signs and weights; notify changes in resident condition.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
