Rutland Center for Living in Rutland, VT is offering a free Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) training program designed to equip you with the skills to excel in healthcare. Upon successful completion, you commit to working with us for at least one year.

Participants will attend all training sessions, complete coursework, and demonstrate proficiency in LNA skills while providing high-quality patient care during the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift.
