Tucson CNA Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary per client, but may include:

MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist seniors with trips to local markets.
• Go to lunch or enjoy ice cream with your client.

RESTORE DIGNITY

• Assist with bathing and grooming to keep clients looking their best.
• Manage incontinence care to maintain dignity.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.

KEEP HEALTHY

• Prepare nutritious meals to maintain vitality.
• Remind clients about medications to avoid hospital readmissions.
• Ensure safety through memory care and safety protocols.

SUPPORT OTHERS

• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Observe and report changes in condition, especially in hospice care.

CNA Job Requirements

Requirements for CNA positions at Adultcare Assistance include:

HEART FOR SENIORS:

• Genuine desire to work with seniors.

ABILITY TO WORK:

• Typically 8 or 12-hour shifts in Tucson.
• Overtime may be available.

SENIOR SAFETY:

• Pass criminal background check.
• Pass drug screening.
• Negative TB test.

TRANSPORTATION:

• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license.
