Phoenix CNA Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by client but may include:

Maintaining Independence

• Driving seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
• Assisting with trips to local Scottsdale markets
• Sharing meals or ice cream outings with clients

Restoring Dignity

• Assisting with bathing and grooming
• Managing incontinence care with sensitivity
• Performing light housekeeping

Keeping Healthy

• Preparing meals to maintain vitality
• Reminding clients to take medications to prevent hospital readmissions
• Ensuring safety through memory care practices

Supporting Others

• Assisting with physical therapy exercises
• Monitoring hospice care
• Reporting changes in condition

CNA Job Requirements
