Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine seeks a Patient Care Assistant (CNA) for the ICU to support daily living activities, provide basic nursing care, and maintain a safe environment under RN supervision. This is a full-time, days shift position.

Qualifications include CNA certification, BLS within 30 days, and preferred phlebotomy and EKG credentials; hospital/acute care experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $25.75 per hour with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred.

• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months prior acute care hospital or physician’s office experience preferred.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred.

4. Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.

Pay Transparency

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $22.00 to $25.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
