Job summary

Gateway Achievement LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse Instructor/Educator for our Nursing Assistant Program. The ideal candidate is charismatic and able to interact well with others.

This part-time role offers 20–30 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate class times. The position requires RN with at least 3 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year in a Long Term Care Facility/Nursing Home.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• 1 year experience in a Long Term Care Facility/Nursing Home.
• Supervising CNAs in a clinical environment or experience presenting in front of a classroom.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Nursing Assistant program in classroom and clinical settings.
• Supervise CNAs in clinical environments and support student learning.
• Engage learners with clear, effective communication and demonstrations.
