Job summary

ComForCare in Raleigh, NC is seeking experienced CNAs to join our team. You will provide essential care to multiple clients in independent living communities, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, paid time off, 1.5x holiday pay, bonus nights/weekends, travel time reimbursement, and benefits such as Aflac after 90 days for 30+ hours. COVID-19 training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or equivalent.
• Valid CNA license required.
• Must pass a national background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Document and promptly report changes in residents' condition to the supervising nurse or administrator.
• Support residents' daily routines, including meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in meaningful daily activities.
• Follow individualized care plans while maintaining a safe, respectful, and sanitary environment.
