Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is hiring Nurse Aides (NA) and CNAs to support in-home care for seniors on O'ahu. Roles include assisting with bathing, grooming, medications reminders, mobility support, and companionship. You’ll work with a team of caregivers and healthcare professionals to keep clients safe and independent.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and weekly pay. Prior senior care is a plus, but training is provided to get you started in a supportive, inclusive

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Experience with senior care is a plus, not required.
• Communicate clearly and work well solo or as part of a team.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice changes in health or mood and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client’s care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island.
