Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing assistant/home health aide or competency training and evaluation program per State/Federal regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification as applicable per state regulations.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities (showering, bathing, dressing).
• Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers, and use of transfer/mobility devices.
• Perform range of motion exercises and simple procedures as ordered with demonstrated skills competency.
