Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE in Eckert, CO is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time, on-site role within the PACE program. You will support participants with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and travel to participant homes as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living and restorative care to help them live independently in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities and monitor health status; travel to participant homes as needed.
