Job summary

CDR Health Care Inc. seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Northern Florida to travel to Sanderson, FL, to provide care at a detention facility. Local candidates are preferred and must be able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

You will monitor patients, assist licensed staff, help with mobility and daily living activities, maintain infection control, and ensure clear communication within the clinical team. A valid FL CNA license and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid FL CNA license in good standing.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document vital signs and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with in-clinic patient transport and positioning.
• Reposition patients to prevent pressure injuries and promote comfort.
• Support patients under observation with supervised mobility.
• Maintain infection control standards and PPE usage.
• Assist licensed staff during intake exams and minor procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
