Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care of Olney is expanding its caregiver team. We are hiring CNAs/GNAs who are compassionate and dedicated, with strong support from owners, ongoing training, and clear paths for career growth. Shifts available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. The client has three dogs, one horse, and one donkey, so being an animal lover is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification is required.
• Current CNA license is required.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must communicate well orally and in writing.
• Must understand care plans and assessments.
• Must have doctor\'s medical health clearance including a negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, transfers).
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation.
• Monitor BP and glucose levels.
