Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures and guidelines while delivering care.
• Assist with accommodative services and related duties as assigned.
