Williamsburg Village Healthcare Campus in DeSoto, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide residents with personal care, assist the charge nurse, and be part of a multidisciplinary team recognized for achievements and contributions.

Qualifications

• Must have state CNA certification.
• Familiar with CNA duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents in a safe, comfortable manner.
• Promote resident independence and dignity.
• Inform supervising nurse of resident status at shift start and end.
• Contribute to care plans with knowledge of resident needs.
• Assist in implementing care plans within policies.
• Observe, document, and report resident conditions.
• Ensure safe lifting and transfers per policies.
• Perform incidental housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
