Front Porch in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring a CNA & Caregiver for a full-time, hourly role (36+ hours/week) with a PM Wed-Sun shift. Pay range is $27.65–$29.00 per hour and includes great benefits.

Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, you will provide routine resident care per policies and nursing standards, with opportunities to grow skills through competitive benefits, PTO, retirement plan, HSAs, and support for professional development.

Qualifications

• Essential: effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Essential: ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, DSD and/or DON, the CNA is responsible for performing routine patient/resident care according to policies and procedures and within acceptable nursing standards.
