Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: High school Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Six months CNA experience in acute care or skilled facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oral hygiene, bathing, nail care, and personal care.
• Help with lifting, turning, and transporting residents.
• Ensure bed changes, meal assistance, and record intake/output.
• Monitor vital signs and collect specimens.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environment; report changes.
• Float to OVCH Acute Care Facility four times yearly.
