Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa, Idaho is hiring a certified Nursing Assistant to join our nursing team. The role supports the unit’s clinical staff and delivers nursing care and comfort to patients under the supervision of licensed nurses.

The position is full-time, with a 12-hour night shift, three shifts per week, and a varied schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification issued by the State of Idaho OR complete the Trinity Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
• Six months Certified Nursing Assistant experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills to competently care for all assigned age groups (Neonate, Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric as applicable).

Responsibilities

Schedule

Three shifts per week, 7:00pm-7:30am, must be available to work a varied schedule (weekdays, weekends, and holidays).

WHAT YOU WILL DO
