Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
• BLS certification to be obtained prior to caring for patients and kept current.
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff to promote positive outcomes.
• Precept and orient new team members to unit routines.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide care per the patient care plan and ensure safety and cleanliness of the unit.
