Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides for patients' personal hygiene and basic care.
• Assists with meals, mobility, and hydration.
• Administers basic procedures and post-mortem care as directed.
• Monitors intake/output and reports to nursing staff.
• Responds promptly to patient call lights and requests.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and transports equipment as needed.
