Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking a CNA‑I to join a caring team with Full‑Time and Part‑Time roles. Shifts 3:00PM–11:00PM, weekends optional, and a bidirectional pay range of $18.50–$25.75 per hour with incentives and daily pay options.

Certified CNA‑I (and CNA‑II in the state) required. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes, and support the nursing team in a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a certificated CNA‑I (Formerly GNA)
• Active CNA‑I and CNA‑II in the state of employment
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Provide supportive care to meet physical and emotional needs
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and promote dignity and well-being
• Support nursing team in delivering high-quality care

SHIFT: 3:00PM - 11:00PM

SHIFT WEEKENDS: 3:00PM - 7:00AM (Weekends Only)

Hourly Range: $18.50 - $25.75/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials ($1.50 For 3pm - 11pm & $1.00 For 11pm - 7am)

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well‑being.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNA-I:

• MUST BE A CERTIFICATED CNA-I (Formerly GNA)***
• Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) and CNA-II certification in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing quality resident care.
