Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Salisbury, MD is seeking a certificated CNA-I to join a compassionate, patient-centered team. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift and weekend options.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) certification in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

SHIFT: 3:00PM - 11:00PM

SHIFT WEEKENDS: 3:00PM - 7:00AM (Weekends Only)

Hourly Range: $18.50 - $25.75/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials ($1.50 For 3pm -11pm & $1.00 For 11pm - 7am)

Qualifications for CNA-I:
