Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of relevant experience, preferred.
• Assisted Living facilities experience: long-term care exposure required.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, hygiene and daily living activities assistance.
• Assist with turning, positioning, transfers and mobility.
• Support with meals, intake and fluid management.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient condition.
• Adhere to safety policies and infection control procedures.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transportation of patients.
• Notify nurse of changes in patient condition or treatments.
• Restock supplies and secure medications in patient rooms.
