Job summary

Maine Medical Center Biddeford is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) I to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist designated patients, monitor conditions, and support the care team in a fast-paced day-shift environment.

The role is full-time, 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts, with every third weekend. Starting pay ranges from $20.27 to $24.36 per hour, plus MaineHealth benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CNA license in the applicable state required; BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Less than six months of CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic level CNA care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist in the administration of nursing care to designated patients as directed by the RN.
