Frontier Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients at the end of life in the Tulsa area. You will work closely with a nursing team to meet physical, emotional, and personal needs with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with personal care, and maintaining thorough documentation. Requires CNA certification, CPR if mandated, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Holds current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice a plus.
• CPR certification if state-mandated.
• Valid driver license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care following the care plan to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
• Commit to exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Support families by sharing knowledge and guiding care for terminally ill loved ones.
• Maintain accurate documentation in home and agency records.

Are you a caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact? Frontier Hospiceis seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands-on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. Working closely with our nursing team, you’ll ensure each patient’s physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Coverage Area: Tulsa

• Provide Personalized Care: Follow the carefully crafted plan of care to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. Attend promptly to the requests of patients and their family/caregiver, offering compassionate and unwavering support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Holds current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification if state-mandated
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general posting guideline for the role and is not a fixed offer. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and the specific responsibilities of the position. The exact compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
