Kindful Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care in a hospice setting. The CNA will work closely with the RN Case Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure best-in-class service. Job Summary: As CNA of Kindful Health you will work with the RN Case Manager to provide best in class care to a reasonably sized case load. The CNA will present at IDT every 2 weeks with updates from their fellow care team members and coordinate with the RN Case Manager, Clinical Director and Medical Director to assure best in class care.
Essential Education and Experience: Must be a certified as a nurse aide with a current license and current with your continuing education

Compensation:
Hourly - $20 - $22 per hour plus bonus opportunities.
