Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant required for the role.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Arizona state license/certification as a Nurses' Aide required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients in home settings.
• Collaborate with the hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Support patients and families to maintain comfort and dignity in final days.
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care on a daily basis.
