Compassus is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to support patients in-home care. You will provide essential comfort care, assist families, and work within a dedicated hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

The role emphasizes dignity and quality of life at the end of life, with supportive scheduling and a family-focused culture that values balance and well-being for teammates.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant highly required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Arizona must be Licensed/certified as a Nurses’ Aide.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.
• Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient’s unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity.
