Job summary

JourneyCare Hospice is seeking compassionate Hospice CNAs to join our expanding team. Our benefits include competitive pay, immediate openings, generous time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

You will provide personal care, assist with meals, monitor skin health, and report changes to the Case Manager, with weekday hours and no weekends. Mileage reimbursement and tuition programs enhance this role.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse aide.
• Listed on the state aide registry with a clear record.
• 18 years of age or older as allowed by state law.
• Valid driver’s license with a vehicle insured per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Give personal care such as baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and change bed linens.
• Assist in dressing and undressing patients.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including shopping.
• Assist in feeding the patient.
• Provide skin care to prevent tissue breakdown and monitor changes.
• Report patient condition and significant changes to the Case Manager.

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM - NO WEEKENDS - NO HOLIDAYS

What You’ll Do:

• Giving personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linens
