Job summary

Right at Home Nature Coast is seeking a compassionate CNA/Home Health Aide to support clients in Hernando, Citrus and Marion Counties. You will assist with daily living tasks in clients’ homes and provide companionship, transportation, and support as needed.

The role includes flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for pay raises. A valid driver’s license and CPR/BLS are required or obtainable. Join a locally owned agency focused on high-quality care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or equivalent Home Health Aide evaluation at orientation
• Successful completion of Level 2 background check
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle for work

What we look for in a CNA/Home Health Aide

• CNA certification or successfully complete a written Home Health Aide Competency and Skills Evaluation at orientation
• Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of your clients and their families
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile for work
• Be able to pass a level 2 background check
• Be able to pass a comprehensive drug screen18 years of age or older
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Senior care experience; either professionally or personally

Working Environment as a CNA/Home Health Aide

Primarily works in client’s place of residence, travel required. Shift times and days may vary.
