Job summary

Right at Home Nature Coast is seeking CNAs and Home Health Aides to support clients in Hernando, Citrus, and Marion Counties. Locally owned and operated, we offer competitive weekly pay and next‑day pay options, with flexible scheduling and hands‑on training through our experienced care staff.

As a CNA/Home Health Aide you will assist with personal hygiene, ambulation, meals, medication reminders, incontinence care, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or completion of Home Health Aide evaluation.
• Sympathetic attitude toward clients and families.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and use of insured vehicle for work.
• Pass a level 2 background check.
• Pass a comprehensive drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene and grooming assistance.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with incontinence care.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Provide transportation as needed.

What we look for in a CNA/Home Health Aide

• CNA certification or successfully complete a written Home Health Aide Competency and Skills Evaluation at orientation
• Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of your clients and their families
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile for work
• Be able to pass a level 2 background check
• Be able to pass a comprehensive drug screen18 years of age or older
• Highschool diploma or GED

Working Environment as a CNA/Home Health Aide

Primarily works in client’s place of residence, travel required. Shift times and days may vary.
