Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in the Charlotte, Monroe, Concord & Kannapolis areas. You will follow a nurse’s plan of care, provide personal care and companionship, and help clients live safely at home with dignity.

Qualifications

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but we will train you.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care following a written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and homemaker tasks to help clients stay safe at home.
• Support with meals, grooming, and mobility as needed.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and medication reminders.
• Develop close relationships with clients while delivering reliable, compassionate care.
