Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals.
• Help with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment and document observations.
