Altra Home Health is looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide essential in-home personal care for clients in South Bend, Indiana. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient safety, remind about medications, document care, and support families while maintaining privacy and infection control standards.

Aufgaben

• Assist with patient laundry when needed.
• Provide friendly medication reminders.
• Help ensure patient safety at all times.
• Promptly report significant changes in a patient's condition to their supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Monitor and record patient temperature.
• Support patients with ambulation.
• Guide patients through range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
• Keep thorough documentation and follow all care protocols.
• Uphold privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer hands-on bathing assistance.
• Handle light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide meaningful companionship, including letter-writing and reading.
