Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for HHA - Home Health Aides to care for our clients in Palm Bay, Melbourne and Rockledge. Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.

Pay range is $16-18 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling (4-12 hour shifts). BAYADA offers benefits after qualifying hours, scholarship programs, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support to ensure you

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License.
• BLS CPR.
• Level II Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping.
• Bathing and grooming.
• Toileting and nail care.
• Range of motion / exercises.
• Transfers / use of lifting devices.
• Oral feeding.
• Vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Home management tasks: laundry, meals, bed making.
• Assisting with ambulation.
• Medication assistance.
• Transportation.

Pay Range: $16-18/hour

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
