Job summary

Senior Helpers of Chatham County is seeking experienced CNAs and Caregivers to provide one-on-one home care for seniors in Savannah, GA. Full-time 30+ hours per week with 7a-2p shifts on Wilmington Island is available.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience with a licensed home care provider.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; CPR/First Aid certification; TB test; ability to pass background and drug screenings; comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care based on each client's needs, including personal care, bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Transportation and errands; light housekeeping; companionship and emotional support.
• Report changes in client condition and participate in dementia training as applicable.

Pay

• 4 to 12-hour shifts: $16-$17/hour
• 2-hour shifts: $20/hour
• 1-hour shifts: $30/hour
• Holiday pay at time-and-a-half
• Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do

Provide personalized care based on each client's needs, including:

• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Reporting changes in client condition
• Memory Care Support with Positive approach to Care - We will Certify you in Senior Gems Alzheimer's Dementia Training

Qualifications

Required:

• Current CNA certification

OR
