Job summary

Senior Helpers in Cheyenne, WY is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care. CNAs with caring, reliable backgrounds are encouraged to apply for part-time shifts across Cheyenne and nearby areas.

As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities, promote safety, and help maintain independence. You’ll document tasks via a mobile app and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistent care.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of CNA-level caregiving experience.
18 years of age or older.
Legal identification and authorization to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
Ability to use a smartphone for electronic scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Must be available for at least 25 to 30 hours a week to take on client shifts.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with clients through engaging conversations and activities.
Support daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility.
Promote safety and independence by following care plans and reporting changes.
Maintain accurate documentation using the caregiver app to track tasks and notes.
Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication.
