Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Current CNA or HCA license.
• Current TB test and background check clearance.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support and companionship
• Monitor and report changes; accurate documentation
• Follow infection control and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families
