Job summary

Interim HealthCare- Maine is seeking a warm, capable CNA to care for a gentleman living with ALS in Kittery, Maine. This part-time role offers meaningful, one-on-one care and a steady routine. Your schedule is predictable: Wednesdays 4–7 PM, Thursdays 7 AM–7 PM, and Fridays 7 AM–11 AM.

You’ll assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility and transfers, and provide companionship. Active Maine CNA certification is required; ALS experience is a plus, and CPR certification is nice

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA certification is required.
• Experience with ALS or other neurological conditions is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and availability for the schedule.
• Patience, warmth, and a steady hand.
• CPR certification (nice to have).

Responsibilities

Looking for a part-time gig where you'll actually make a difference? We're looking for a warm, capable CNA to join our care team for a wonderful gentleman living with ALS in Kittery. He needs a helping hand around the house - and honestly, a familiar friendly face he can count on each week.

Your schedule (predictable & consistent!):

• Wednesdays: 4-7 PM
• Thursdays: 7 AM-7 PM
• Fridays: 7 AM-11 AM

What you'll be doing:

• Helping with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Whipping up meals and helping with feeding as needed
• Light housekeeping to keep things comfortable

What we're hoping you bring:
