Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; English proficiency encouraged.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor; caring approach.
• HCA registered; the process support is available.
• Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check required.
• Licensed drivers needed to provide client transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meals, reminders, light housekeeping and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
